Routine monitoring & validation of cleaning efficacy for rigid scope cleaners in accordance with EN ISO 15883.

The TOSI LumCheck utilises the test soil and stainless steel plate technology as used in the TOSI.
The test plate is quickly and easily secured within a cannulated stainless steel holder
thereby replicating a typical soiled lumen environment.
The assembled equipment is then placed within the washer and the wash cycle is run.
With the ability to detect residue well into the microgram range the resultant plate condition post wash
is easily analysed to give an indication of washer and detergent effectiveness within cannulated instruments.
Robust & well engineered components together with effective design
makes testing with the LumCheck reliable & objective with easy to read results.
