Label gun tagging with sterilisation process indicators - Rapid marking & labelling with the assurity of sterilisation
Famos have developed these double labels with process indicators to provide sterilisation control
and traceability for packages and containers.
The labels are produced from Famolabel ™ material and are available for Steam, FO, EO & VH2O2
sterilisation processes, each with their appropriate indicators.
Designed for use with the Famos labelling gun all necessary data such as steriliser number, packing
and expiry date can be printed onto the label and then appended to files, records and folders as required.
The upper material of the labels is water and moisture repellent, resistant to high temperatures
and does not shrink during the sterilisation process.
The label adhesive is a high tack latex free synthetic rubber which prevents transfer of toxic substances
and is proven to be skin friendly.
The adhesive is Reach & ROHS certified and has been tested up to 134°C for 18 minutes.
The label indicators use standardised EN980 symbols and comply with indicator classification
according to EN ISO 11140-1
